The Yaounde Fair enables exhibitors – leading educators, top employers, education & HR service providers, NGOs etc. to hold up to 150 pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings with relevant, quality students and skilled professionals interested in quality education and possible employments.

Each appointment which runs for 15 minutes will serve the dual objective of meeting new contacts and maintaining existing relationships. The fair program also includes meals, refreshment breaks and evening functions, which offer valuable networking opportunities.

Located in the heart of the city’s business district, Hotel Franco Yaoundé enjoys a privileged location a short walk from government buildings and local businesses and just 30 minutes from Nsimalen International Airport with free shuttle service of the hotel.

The hotel is ideally located for exploring local activities and tourist attractions, including the National Crafts Market and the National Museum.

    Booking Meetings:

    The OPUVIA FAIR E-Meeting Booking System offers attendees direct and total control over the types of exhibitors – by main activity and country of origin – they meet during the event.

    Exhibitors can have up to 150 meetings scheduled with them by attendees within 30 meeting slots (i.e. each slot can host a maximum of 5 persons in a 15 minutes meeting) per venue.

    Prior to the event dates, details of all exhibitors will be made visible via our OPUVIA FAIR E-Meeting Booking System online by February 2019.

    During the events, additional meetings and schedule adjustments can be made through personal contact.

    Our online video tutorials will explain how to get the most from our OPUVIA FAIR E-Meeting Booking System. We highly recommend viewing these videos as soon as the E-Meeting Booking System opens.

    An integral benefit of attending OPUVIA FAIR events is taking part in the corporate networking dinner. These corporate dinners provide a networking experience and partnership opportunities among exhibitors, sponsors and guests. The corporate networking dinner program will be available shortly before the event.
